I was in a time of worship
Then I saw his arms were open wide
Beckoning me to come to him
Just to come inside

I gladly stepped into that place
As his arms held me so tight
Time stopped as Heaven came to earth
In that morning of delight!

"It's intimacy I want with you

Lord I'm euphoric, this is bliss!

Just soaking in that awesome place
Nothing can compare
To the peace and love enveloping me
I want to stay right there

I feel so humbled that the saviour
Would spend that time with me
And he's calling every one of us
To that blissful intimacy

He's our bridegroom, he's our lover
Yet Lord of Lords and King of Kings
Overwhelming us with his love
As we surrender everything
